SHIPPING & RETURNS
DELIVERY: Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (3 working days) from receipt. UPS ground service or USPS will be used unless DHL International or FEDEX service is requested. All orders will incur a non-refundable handling charge. Handling charge is subject to change without notice.
BACK ORDERS: Occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock when you place your order. When this occurs, out of stock items on your invoice will show zero for shipped quantities, as usual. The invoice will state that your order is complete as shipped.
RETURNS: ALL SALES FINAL. NO RETURNS. Returns due to an error on our part require a return authorization number which can be obtained by calling our office 1-815-298-9194.
DAMAGE AND DISCREPANCIES: Call our office within 72 hours to report the damage. It is necessary for you to call the carrier immediately for a damage inspection and claim for reimbursement (UPS 800-742-5877). All original packing materials and cartons must be retained for inspection purposes.
SHIPMENT REFUSALS: If an order is returned because it is refused or if no one is there to accept it, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. If reshipped, double freight charges apply.
